🌿 Tailored experiences that truly strengthen your team

Every organisation is unique. Maybe yours have employees that only speak English, who recently arrived in Sweden and/or have spouses who would love to explore the Swedish nature but have no clue of where to start? We can help you create a memorable day out in nature, giving them a lot of hands-on knowledge and practical advice to take back home.

This is why we don’t offer ready-made packages – only experiences custom-designed to meet your goals, challenges and wishes. With us, your team gets a day in nature that does more than inspire – it leaves a lasting impression. In the body and mind. In the group. Within your company culture.

A day with OutdoorAkademin, picture this:

Your group gathers at the forest’s edge – perhaps it’s the first time some colleagues feel morning dew beneath their boots. We begin with a short introduction before heading into the woods, away from everyday noise.

During the day, you’ll experience:

✅ A natural movement session

– physical exercise using the body as your only tool, adapted to all levels

✅ Forest bathing and mental recovery

– a guided moment of stillness, mindfulness and presence

✅ Practical outdoor skills

– learn about Sweden’s Right of Public Access, how to build a fire and move safely through nature

✅ Campfire building & outdoor cooking

– create your own fire and prepare a three-course wild-inspired meal together

✅ Time for real connection

– group activities that foster trust, laughter and stronger bonds

Optional add-on activities:

• Clay pigeon shooting with a certified instructor

• Foraging for edible plants and mushrooms

• Cold water immersion with optional sauna

• Guided reflection or mindful nature walks

• Presentations by inspiring speakers

An investment in your people – and your organisation

Our passion for nature, well-being and sustainable leadership runs through everything we do.

We believe true development happens when people meet, for real – away from the office, grounded in the living landscape.

🌲 Let us create an experience that strengthens both your people and your business.

Only at OutdoorAkademin: We offer the Swedish hunting course, in English, at your workplace, during or after working hours. This is usually only available in Swedish, so it is a unique opportunity for those members of staff who would like to get involved in the Swedish hunting community.

📩 Get in touch – and let’s tailor a journey where nature’s power meets your company’s vision.

Why nature? Well, here are four compelling reasons:

1. Stress Relief

The moment you step into the forest, tension begins to unravel. The rustling leaves, the whisper of the wind, and the rhythmic crashing of waves work like an ancient lullaby for the soul. Nature resets the nervous system, pulling you away from the digital noise and into a realm where worries dissolve like mist in the morning sun.

2. Health Benefits

Fresh air, natural movement, and exposure to sunlight all boost overall well-being. Walking on uneven ground strengthens muscles and joints, while time outside lowers blood pressure, improves immune function, and enhances mood. Just 20 minutes in nature can significantly reduce cortisol, the stress hormone, leaving you more grounded and resilient.

3. Phytoncides – Nature’s Medicine

Trees release organic compounds called phytoncides, which have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Breathing in these natural aerosols boosts the immune system, increasing the activity of white blood cells that fight off disease. Simply being among the trees makes you stronger, healthier, and more resistant to illness.

4. Fire – The Primal Element

Few things are as mesmerizing as the flickering dance of flames. Sitting by a fire slows your heart rate, calms the mind, and invites introspection. Firelight, unlike artificial screens, signals to the body that night has come, helping regulate sleep patterns. Whether for warmth, cooking, or quiet contemplation, fire is a reminder of our deep, ancestral bond with nature.

So, step outside. Breathe deep. Let the wild places work their magic.
